The Fi 156 had its first flight in the spring of 1936, and was taken into service by the German Luftwaffe in 1937.

This is truly a rare flying machine that was used for a variety of tasks during World War II. The aircraft has incredible STOL (Short Take Off and Landing) characteristics and, under favorable wind conditions, can take off on a stretch equivalent to the wingspan of 14 meters.
